Tronxy X5SA: Extruder Problems with the new Mainboard

After destroying the z-axis driver on my old board i have bought a new mainboard for my Tronxy X5SA. According to the description, it should work with the X5SA and the X5SA Pro. Works fine with mine, except the extruder. Somehow the mainboard is always trying to extract way too much filament. Even my double gear extruder has problems and is stuttering.

Here is an example, these are 2 layers, each 0.3mm, sliced to Marlin 2 with Superslicer. The Firmware is Marlin 2.17.0 on the Mainboard and the other discription is X5SAPRO-UB
