I set a part to print at 101% in Slic3r, then save the G-code, I find that when I open the G-code, the scale is set to 1. What does that mean? If it means 100%, then that's fine but what happened to my 101% that I set it to slice at?

Well, as an update, my parts will still print at the scale I choose but what the hell Scale=1 means is anybody's guess!

The 'scale' option in the G-code comments does not reflect the changes made in the Plater, as they only apply to single objects. It shows the global scale factor that you can supply using the --scale command line switch. I do agree that can be misleading (it's a leftover from the past), so I'll remove it from the G-code comments.
