I'm posting that because suddenly slic3r wasn't lauching but I finally found why.
After using an external hard disk, the .ini located in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Slic3r was alterated and pointed to the external drive instead of this local file... rewriting it with the correct path solved that, ouf ^^
