If I want to print something half size how do I adjust that in slic3r. Or is that where I adjust it?

Scale it to 50%.

In the "Plater" tab, click on "scale" and input the number - e.g. 50 for half size or, e.g. 105 for 5% larger.

Is this an option stil in Slic3r 0.9.9? I am in the Repetier,slicer, Silc3r confgure, Slic3r. It does not have a plater "tab" - plater at the top just shows export options.

Figured it out. It is Repitier - The screens are different in the config or slic3r in repitier. But a download of .99 straight slic3r has it right there. Thank you.

In Repetier you can scale from the Object Placement screen.
