I have a printer with multiple extruders(5), the problem is that these have different reach over the build platform.
In slic3r you set a specific extruder to do the infill, as a consequence you can only print an infill part in the build area that all extruders share. A simple solution to this would be to let every extruder do its own part infill. I don't know any workarounds to this.
Another addition that would be great would be the ability to manually select a specific extruder for a part. Though I have found a workaround: If you want to use extruder 4, just load up 3 tiny models first, then the one you want printed with extruder 4.
Any thoughts?
Edit: Nevermind, I didnt know about the settings button for each part. (Had to increase the window width to see it)
