bad edge info

when I slice my model I get the following warning:

Warning: The input file contains a hole near edge 5.409874,53.360191,4.644382-5.409874,53.360191,4.641193 (not manifold). You might want to repair it and retry, or to check the resulting G-code before printing anyway.

I opened my .stl file, and there are no edges anywhere near 5.409874,53.360191,4.644382
in fact there are no Y values over 10 in the file, let alone at 53.360191.
what's up with that? how do I find the hole?

On netfabb you can analyze and repair your stl-file:

cloud.netfabb.com

Comparing the two files (original and repaired) you may find the position of the hole.

There are two stl files. The one imported in repetier and the one created by the host. The one from the host has the object shifted to the position on the bed. So you need to open the one exported by the host to find the problematic part.

If you are using the new host 0.90 the stl file send to slic3r is in fact the obj file in the work directory. On he other side, the host shows open edges. Try disabling edges and faces and you see only he error parts. Sometimes these parts are very small and hard to detect.
