Print job fail

Hello.

I'm running repetier 0.83 on a printrboard, and repetier host 0.90C.

when i'm operating the printer in manual control, i can move all axes, and extrude or retract with succes, but when i run a job, printer starts to warm up, bed gets near target temp, extruder also, and then printer moves to the point where the part is located, and then it stops.
It seems that she's about to print but nothing happens..

I already made the auto tune PID, but it doesn't seems to help.

Please, i really need help with this issue, because i don't know what else to do..
The attached files are:
log.txt - Repetier log session
crash.png - A print screen of temperature curve
Config.h - my settings for repetier 0.83

The log does not contain any useful informations. For analyzing print problems you need the log written to disk. You need to enable it first in Repetier settings and restart the host. It will contain all dialogs between printer and host. You need to close the host to finalize writing of the log. The next restart will delete the old log.

Are you sure the printer is not waiting for the M109 S220 to finish. That comes after lifting the nozzle 5mm and will block anything until it stabilizes.

Repetier-Software - the home of Repetier-Host (Windows, Linux and Mac OS X) and Repetier-Firmware.
Repetier-Server - the solution to control your printer from everywhere.
