i´ve searched the doc´s but found nothing helpfull so here is my question:
How can i create scripts and where i have to save them?

In the gcode editor. There is a dropdown showing normally gcode. It contains scripts and start and end code. Click on the save button to the left. It will be stored in the printer configs.

and later i can load this as script 1 or 2....?

No, the scripts are part of the printer configuration. So when you select a printer the scripts are already there. Just send them. Thats why you need to change the selector to the script you want to modify.
