The temp reading for extruder 2 always shows 100c whether active or inactive.
When I disconnect and reconnect with Ver 0.95F I do get a reading on the second extruder, although I have to make it 'active' by selecting Extruder 2 (aka T1) via the extruder dropdown select as this version only shows one extruder temp control. I think it was working okay in Ver 1.01 though.
