Anyone tried enhancing y idler?

My Mendel90 is up and running, I've very pleased with the prints so far.
I do have a slight concern over the y idler slipping over time, as the bolt runs in a slotted groove.

Has anyone tried enhancing the idler to overcome this possible problem to come?

I found that if you torque the screw enough, the dibond material compresses a bit around the washer. That should keep it from slipping, but I do understand the concern.

I have ensured that my clamp sits at the front of the slot and the belt tension is set for that positioning. I have had no issues so far.

Time to play every day... Why be bored and old smiling smiley
