I wasn't really a fan of the slot-mounted y-idler belt tensioner on the nophead m90 - mine kept getting loose and losing tension or getting twisted and interfering with the belt... so I designed a new one. I've been using it for a few days now and I'm pretty happy with the results. Check it out and see what you think.

Had you previously seen this tensioner? Just wondering if you had and it didn't meet your needs or how they differed.

cdru, no, I would have printed that one if I had found it, haha. I guess mine allows for more travel, and has a key to keep the thing from moving side to side, but overall no real difference in use or function.

I found yours Ralph, but couldn't figure out how to use it. maybe photos would help?
