Extrusion problem

Hi all

I just recently got my ormerod assembled, and after some struggling with calibrating the beast it printed some parts flawlessly.
But now it has started to rebel against me I believe. For some reason the extruder after a few seconds of printing starts reversing and pulling the filament out. It keeps on "printing" but without any material.
So after a while the filament again reaches the nozzle and it prints some more, just to once again feed backwards.
I have now tried everything i can think of, updating firmware, recalibrating, tried different settings in slic3r, but to no avail.

If anyone has an idea on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like in slic3r you have extruder lengths set to absolute instead of relative.
