ormerod ignoring perimeters

Hi,
I just sat down and tried to print the big blue fan duct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:305990).

At first I just got annoyed when it started to make spaghetti and started the print again. But at exactly the same point it started the spaghetti frenzy all over again. First now I realized (DOH), that a huge amount of the walls had been left out of the actual print. The brim prints fine, (see picture).

How do I slice the stl so my ormerod realizes that the wall (all of them) must be printed? thankssmiling smiley

I use slic3er.

I've posted some of my slic3er code

Hi,

your extrution withs are very strange. I think you should try to use the defalt slicer settings (download over git) form reprappro.

Well spotted muggi! I don't know where I got those strange settings from. smiling smiley

Now the printer seems to fortify the the fanduct with walls, spinning smiley sticking its tongue out. Obviously the walls must've been to thin, and therefore slic3er disregarded them.

Thanks!
