success with quick set nozzles

Well, after a lot of fiddling around with various printer and slicer settings to try and solve nozzle blockages, I have finally been able to print the ormaxis test item using one 0.5mm nozzle. The thing that worked for me was increasing the hot end temperature by 10C.
I don't think that the quick set nozzle was the only problem, I have a newly designed hot end that produces air flow on 3 sides of the nozzle, this is wide enough to accommodate 2 nozzles of the quick set variety.
I now need to test using both 0.5mm nozzles and then both 0.3mm nozzles.
