Shameless plug but here goes anyway.
So I've designed a heat sink enclosure and nozzle cooling duct for Ormerod 2 with quick-set dual nozzles and dc42's sensor board. It's
here. It's got a little shutter which can divert airflow to either the nozzle ducts (for PLA) or upwards (for ABS).
I am aware that there's a multitude of various designs for hot end bits out there. I thought I'd add to the numbers, and mostly, build one that works for me.
The design is completely parametrised (and I mean completely, everything from dimensions, to number, placement and symmetry [or lack of it] of top and bottom vents, to geometry of the ducts) so I should be able to modify a few numbers to generate versions for single-nozzle or old-style nozzle designs. If I can get those numbers right that is. The dual-nozzle version will work for a single quick-set nozzle setup too.
