Hello!

Why when i try auto bed compensation with G32 and every times values for Z is increasing ?

Which firmware version are you using? If it happens with 1.10-dc42 then I will take a look.

If you are using a much older version of the firmware, then there is a bug that occurs if you have orthogonal axis compensation enabled, which might explain it.
