4.9.2 X Plate

Hi:

I just put together the 4.9.2 version of the X plate and noticed that after I inserted the Z axis (8mm) rods without them being connected to the base, the rods are going in at an angle. When looked at vertically, the gap between the two 8mm roids is narrower at the bottom than the top. I believe this is being caused by the 6mm bearings. When inserted into their grooves on the plate, they are causing the plastic plate to warp downwards. The 6mm bearing guides are probably too tight?

Anyone else experience this and if so, how did you remedy it? Did you sand the area holding down the 6mm bearings so that they don't apply too much force? Did you just leave it as is? I am afraid that I will get a significant bind if the 8mm rods are forced towards each other at the top.

I have attached a photo.

Thanks,

Jose
