I made a couple of simple chamges in the way I put the Bowden extruder together to make it simpler.

I hated the extruder (not much force, could never get the filament through the nut), so I just swapped it out with an Airtripper BSP. Never looked back!

Have you ever tried it with soft filaments ?

I have no issue with original extruder. It works perfectly with MK8 gear and 1/16 microstepping. If you need extra power you can drop microstepping to 1/8.

it's wonderful and smart job rc .. like solomon, i never like my extruders ( note it's not really mine, i always pick some ideas around ) . I do believe your tricks are really make it work better !
