I am going to be giving a presentation on RepRap at Dorkbot this upcoming Tuesday. Dorkbot is a DIY tinkerer get-together, so we might get some new members of the community then. Wish me luck.

Why do they expect a high schooler to do all of this? Whatev, I guess its because I enjoy it.

There was also something about Bruce Wattendorf doing a demo in Providence sometime soon.

I just want to say that Jay acquitted himself very well in what was a self described "very tough room". Also just a few days before Jay ran a RepRap table at Robofest which you can figure out what went on there for yourself. Jay has become our lead RepRap evangalist in the Baltimore/Washington area.

Haha, Well it is surprisingly laid back. NOw don't get me wrong, you are speaking to a bunch of computer and electronics geeks, so it is a very tough crowd, but the atmosphere was pretty good. I think that everyone was excited and wanted to see the printer and they weren't trying to trip me up.
