Prusa iter 2 x-idler issue

I'm building a prusa iter 2 lm8uu version. The build has been going well, but I finally ran into a small issue. When assembling the x-idler, there in no space between the bearing and the support bar attached to the lm8uu bearing holder. I am considering cutting off the support bar, since lowering the 8mm hole for clearance would not work. Are there any other suggestions or should I just cut the support bar?

The idler bearing goes on the outside, so no, don't cut the support bar..
