I'm toying with the idea of building a McWire repstrap, and was looking on obtaining parts. The parts list with direct links to McMaster is great, but the springs are not available anymore and the replacement is far weaker.
Will this be an issue and should I look for a different source, or will I be able to adjust the extension to compensate if necessary?
I'll assume the latter for now.
