This variation using PTFE inside PEEK on the extruder hot end on the bottom of this page looks good: objects.reprap.org. Are there any plans available online or is it available for purchase?

Thanks. I saw that, but I was hoping for a drawing with the described modifications that I can give to a machinist to save some time. I suppose I can spend a few minutes to draw it. There's enough information in there.
OK. I was able to find the PTFE tubing in McMaster.com. I'm going to build one and see if it works better than the older design. Does anyone have source of the PEEK block that has it in stock? It's very expensive and they only sell big pieces. I would like to keep my current hot-end intact so I don't want to disassemble the nichrome heater wire from the tip.
