need help, small curve device

I need a small stick (100g at most) which could be curved by electric control (for small range)

The stick is installed on a motor, the motor is running at a high speed (160 round/second at least,better 640 round/ second)

and I can use the computer to control the angle of the curved stick at all time, the range is about 0 to 3degree

I need to produce many of them ,cost sensitive

Anyone help me making it (total cost including the base motor except computer and AD-DC adopter) lower than 10USD?

... you can try with a bowden-cable in a nonsymmetric elastic hinge - if you pull the cable, the hinge distorts and an atached stick will bend.

The pulling can be done through a hollow axis through the main motor ...
