I have just inherited a reprap Mendel without a control motherboard.
I would be very grateful if anyone could recommend a new control board that would work with the standard extruder controller, or perhaps I should rewire from scratch? I've heard talk of the RAMPS controller but don't know if that will work with the extruder controller?
The previous guys had a lot of trouble with the extruder feed, and there was talk about a new type that wasn't mounted on the z axis. Could anyone recommend the best solution please?
