Cube printed on MakerFarm kit. .35 nozzle.

Printed with heated bed w/ layer of glass and topped with Kapton tape. 80C
Extruder set to 210C for ABS

Using Repetier. Not sure if my feedrates are too fast (using the defaults and it seems like they are for my setup)

layer height (including first) = .35

hmmm i have not even finished building my machine let alone print any bits ... but id say that the inability for the sides to come into alignment = stepper drive calibration problem?

In case Iceman's response is too cryptic, you need a smaller layer height than your nozzle width, so that each layer is squashed onto the previous one, for a good bond. For a 0.35mm nozzle, try a layer height of 0.25mm. Also check each axis is moving the correct distance; measure that when you ask it to move 50mm, for example, it does actually move that far. The reason I say this is because your cube looks taller than it does in the other two axes.
