what temp do you guys run your hot end at when using abs i have been ruining at 230 but it seem to be melting my parts and this is with a fan so just hoping somebody else might run at a different tem

250C if I want them strong.

Are you sure it's ABS?

Depending on the supplier, I run ABS between 235-250c and prints cone out nice.

However those temps would be way to high for PLA. 185-190c I use for PLA at >220 I'm sure it would be a melted mess.

it is abs from bilby cnc and
i don't have any good photos because i just thought it in with my abs juice once it screws up

It melts the thing you're printing, or it melts your existing x carriage/extruder?

I once was using a PLA x carriage that was melting when I was printing ABS. I just struggled through getting an x carriage printed out of ABS, and once I had one that was serviceable, I printed two more so that I had some spares.

it melts the thing i'm printing well it makes it look like it melting and the layers lift up some times for no reason
