Print kickoff takes the extruder up the Z axis, bumps X and Y endpoints

I'm using Pronterface (the latest Mac OS image) and Slic3r to create my g-codes.

At the beginning of my print I'll set the hotend to a sheets width away from the bad and my table all the way to the + side.

When I kick off the print the table moves all the way to the - side for X and Y and keeps going (bumps until it finally gives up).
Then my Z axis will climb for awhile, move to the center of the table and start printing in the air.
If I pause the print and lower the extruder, when I resume it goes right back up and starts printing.

I have a feeling this has something to do with my g-code, but I am unsure where to start looking.

Thanks for your help on this.

Also, when I set up Slic3r, I told it the bed was 160x160, which was the number of steps I counted from end to end using Pronterface.

Sounds like your end stops need attention or the firmware for the end stops needs looking at.
