Termocouple Choice

Hi Everybody,

I am building my 3D printer and I am using Marlin firmware. I need to use termocouple for heatbed and nozzle. I have J type termocouple and I have 10K thermistor. In configuration, What should I change? Thanks

Does your board support thermocouple inputs? (Thermocouple cannot be wired up to thermistor ports, if that's what you were thinking. ) You will need to put the thermocouple interface chip's part number into the firmware in place of the thermistor. There should be comments in Marlin near the thermistor selection for the two popular interface chips.....

I am using Sanguinololu 1.3a and I have another termocouple which is PT-100. In marlin, there is a comment line that says PT-100 can be used with 4.7K pullup. There is 3 cable in PT-100 2 of them is red and one is white. How am I gonna connect it to Sanguinololu 1.3a.
