mk2b heat bed 24 v, only half heats up

i have a mk2b heat bed wired with to 24 volts according to the diagram on the bed. The first half of the heat bed however only heats up very quickly. Am I missing something with the wiring process?

Please post a picture, including your wiring and the diagram.

Also what resistance does the board read in 24volt mode?

Yo need to connect 24 volts across pads numbered 2 and 3.
