full graphics smart controller hot end icon

I saw a picture of a full graphics smart controller lcd on FB the other day and it only had one hot end icon on it. Mine shows three icons but i am only using two of them. Is there a way to remove the third icon? The text with picture mentioned the latest version of marlin 1.02. Is updating marlin all i need to do?

You will have to uncomment the extruders and thermistors in marlin, I know it work in the new Marlin version.

I updated to marlin 1.0.2 and it worked
