Please help me with my power supply and wiring!

So I am looking for help. I have an ATX 2 PSU. The photos I have included have all the specs of the PSU. I have RAMPS 1.4. Please tell me if the two sets of (1Black, 1Yellow) are the correct cables for the 4 ports on the RAMPS board. I just really dont want to blow anything up and lose money. Second question is I have a Heated Bed MK1 all wired up. Im kind of confused about where on the RAMPS board to plug in the power to the heated bed. Should I plug the Heated Bed directly done to the power supply or do I run it to the RAMPS board itself.

Are the two V+'s both supposed to be at 12 V?

Yes, both the main and heat bed power inputs take 12V as standard, though you can use a higher voltage for the heatbed without problems, and for the main circuit if you remove D1 from the RAMPS PCB.
