The Sanguino is effectively an Arduino with a little extra kick to it, so they should be functionally the same.
The parts lister still gives the PIC-based electronics build, so if you want the Arduino you'll have to select the "Arduino-based electronics" from the list. Of course, you'll also have to subtract out all the PIC-based electronics, otherwise you'll have a spare set of electronics. Best bet would probably be to select the individual modules instead of just clicking the "Drawin build" checkbox.
