SAE Prusa Mendel STEP files

Hello, I am new to the RepRap community, and plan on building an SAE Prusa Mendel. I do not have a 3d printer at my disposal, so I need to find part files that I can open using Autodesk Inventor. I will use these files for their measurements to build the necesary parts out of wood. My only problem is that i cannot find any files for the SAE version of the Prusa Mendel. Are the files interchangable with the metric Prusa?

The only difference should be hole diameters. You can make that adjustment when you drill the holes.

Be aware, Prusa Mendel is a moving target, so any STEP files you find will be lacking the latest improvements. My post here contains instructions on using FreeCAD to convert an .stl to .stp.
