Hesine Prusa i3 - How to insert filament

Hi guys,

I'm totally new to 3d printing and hope for some advice. I bought a china Hesine Reprap Prusa i3. Everything looks fine and i already leveled the hotbed but I don't know how to insert the filament.

Please help me so I can finally start printing stuff smiling smiley

Usually you'll start up the printer and get it to the correct temperature for the filament, then tell it to extrude a set amount and feed your filament into the hole, that from the pics should be behind the adjusting screw on your extruder.
