I'm having a few problems. I have the Cura software and Windows 10. I can't get the USB to work on it. The printer will not show up. I didn't spend much time on trying to figure it out as I just wanted to get a test print and used the SD card instead. The second and more important problem I am having is getting the first layer down when printing. The filament will not stick to the heated print bed. I leveled the bed and it has the tape on it, the bed it the right temp. but either the filament gets dragged or when it comes out the nozzle it just runs up the sides. Maybe I don't have the right profile for the Cura software? I picked the closest one which I think was a i3 mendel. Any advice?
