X/Y Home Offsets

Hello all

I bought a Migbot Prusa I3 and the printhead is about 20mm left of the bed on the X axis and 30 infront of the printerbed on the Y axis when homed. This causes the centre of the bed to be offset from the true centre.

Can anyone give advice?

I think you change that in Marlin configuration.h under

//travel limit after homing

Change the x min and y min pos from 0 to your specific offset?

Doesn't have to be perfectly centered, as long as the head/nozzle doesn't crash into bulldog clip or ran to the end of print area or crashed to the end of the axis, you should be fine, if you really do wanted it to be perfectly centered then you gotta play with the m114 and go to the max axis and check the value returned, enter that in the config.

I am trying to maximize the print volume as much as i can with my current setup, x axis I can go up to 200mm actually but the home position is directly at the edge of the glass, still got about 4-5mm left at the end of x-axis though but I don't really care that much, just limit my slicer to x=195mm max
