Hi to you all reprap users,

I have annoying problem which i could not solve either way

I have made prusa i3 , e3d v6 replica hotend, wade extruder and filament is ESUN(190-220 c)

I changed my extruder step but nothing change .

Is the problem hotend or filament??

I probably miss some steps or my chinese hot end is bad ass as spagetti..

This is underextrusion. Cause could be a few things. Does your extruder click click click? If so, your nozzle is clogged of the filament isn't sliding through everything... Can you manually push the filament through? Also, make sure the filament is coming off its spool easy...

Secondly, your extrusion temp could be too low, eg, even if your printer SAYS its extruding at 210c, you need to verify that with a meter.

Another thing it could be is your stepper driver isn't giving the stepper enough current, see if the extruder pushes the filament through when it's not connected to the hot end..

Finally, your extruder steps could be wrong, Google "calibrate extruder steps" for more details...
