Can someone identify this LCD controller for me? P802M

I purchased a Zonestar P802M printer. It has a Melzi V3B controller and an LCD with 5 pushbuttons on it. I want to convert to marlin from the repetier firmware installed on it. I need to determine what LCD came with it. I have attached 2 photos. What define do I need to use in marlin to make it work?

No body can identify this 3D printer LCD and controller?
I need to use it with marlin.
I really need the help.
