I'm happy to release version 1.09g of my firmware fork with full support for the Fisher Delta printer. Again, huge thanks to dc42 for providing his excellent move code and thanks once more to RRP for providing a fully-functional delta printer!
My firmware fork basically works the same way as dc42's, but in addition I've implemented an extra 'H' parameter for M140 to set the heated bed heater number. This way you can easily disable the hot bed using
M140 H-1
and hide it on the web interface.
Compared to my prior 1.09f release, I've made the following changes:

Bug fix: XYZ coordinates are reported only if all axes are homed on a delta printer (not doing so resulted in AJAX errors if at least one endstop wasn't hit during homing)
