like others, I had a systematic issue with an x-carriage twist on my Anycubic Mega S, running Marlin 1.1.9 and a BLTouch V3.1 probe sensor. It yielded in a tilt of my auto-levelling mesh and in effect just printing in thin air on the right side, messing up the whole print.
I wrote up some information on the issue of a x-carriage (hot-end rails) twist and the impact on a BLTouch probe, and created a tiny tool to automatically generate a set of GCodes to compensate properly for it. If your resulting BLTouch mesh is not what you expected, you might want to
checkout the blog and see if it will solve your issues also.
