Y jerking during home

I am replacing my ABL sensors on my tronxy x5sa pro, pretty straight forward.
I set #define BLTOUCH, #define SERVO0_PIN PD12, set Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING and Z_MIN_PROBE_ENDSTOP_INVERTING to false, I believe one more thing, flashed the firmware. Bltouch works via terminal tests. Home does not now, the printer now home's Y in the reverse direction and starts jumping back and forth as if the wires on the steppers are mixed up. I can move X, and Y via the interface with out issue. I've tried to undo all of the changes in my Configuration.h file and the issue still persists. I am not sure what I could have done to mess this up. I even flashed before hand, as I changed the E0 temp sensor type and it worked fine. Would anyone have an idea of what I may have screwed up with out noticing?

Marlin 2.0.9.2

Fixed the issue, turns out I somehow enabled

//#define ENDSTOPPULLUPS
