Marlin Ramps 1.4 filament replacement or loading issue

Hi community,

I own the printer that I assembled myself. Ramps 1.4 arduino atmega 2560. I installed Marlin 2.x, everything seems fine now, but when I give the commands to load filament from the screen, the Z axis wants to rotate very quickly and locks up, then it opens (watch the video, please). When I give the command to remove or load the filament from the extruder, it reacts very quickly and excessively fast. (I can add additional video). What command should I change with the settings in the marlin file?

Is it the Z or the E that "wants to rotate very quickly"?

DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE and DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT are the most likely settings that affect the default speed.

Z wants to rotate very quickly. Also, The 'E' is already spinning very fast, but it doesn't lock.

I solved the problem in a way that I can't understand.
Although I set the feedrate to 2 - 3 on the software, the speed did not change, then I solved my problem by making 2 from the screen.
