(bugfix-2.0.x) SD card print stopped -> BIG hole in bed

Hello,

yesterday I was printing with my delta/kossel printer and Marlin 2.0.x-bugfix, after bad first layer I stopped the print via LCD and instead of seeing it homing the nozzle start to dig a very big hole into heated bed.
Praise God that it fills the hole with PETG

My configuration:

• printer: Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus
• fw: Marlin-2.0-bugfix (13.3.2018)
• config: software min and max endstops ON

Can it be somehow repaired (it don't means repairing the hot bed, but behaviour of printer/FW ), or is the only chance to avoid using print from SD card?
Direct prints via USB are stopped without any problems.

Had somebody the same problem?
