when I start up the printer, the fan that does cool the extruder, from the sound looks like being at 100%,
but if I do open the menu where I can manage the fan % on the printer display it shows it being at 0%
then if I do increase the % on the menu, it looks like it is slowing down, but it does not fully stop at 100%
I don't know what's going on
