ATX power supply on pin

I assume this pin is just pulled high or low depending on the state needed, based on that I'm thinking I could use it to control a Relay board that switches the 12/24V LED style supply on/off as long as I have a separate 5V supply to keep the board powered when the 12/24V supply is off.

I could then use a M42 and some other unused pin to control the lights on the printer.

Yes, just note that an ATX power supply is powered ON when this output is pulled to Ground, so this pin shall be connected to the negative pin of your relay command.
You can activate in DWC the command of the power supply.

Perfect, pulled to ground would work great. The 2 channel SainSmart relay boards I'm using, require you to pull the line low to energize the relay.
