Does anyone have any experience dealing with the company RepRapPro, or know any of the contacts there.

I recently bought their Mono Mendel version of the RepRap and am in the process of the build. I have a couple of minor issues that I reported to them and don't seem to be getting any response.

Firstly the power supply casing arrived squashed. This may not be a problem but I just wanted them to be aware of it. Secondly I have a problem with the linear bearing not sliding smoothly along one of the smooth rods. I have concluded that I need a replacement rod, the bearing slide smoothly along the other rods.

Nothing major at this stage, but I am a little concerned they are not responding to emails.

Give them a few days and they will get back to I had some linear bearings that were faulty with my kit and they sent replacements.
