•Stylish Small Compact Design 275mm(W) x 160mm (D) x 50mm (H) .
•USB Custom Sanguino Breakout Board programmed with Open Source Marlin Firmware.
•Easy screw terminals inside, no soldering and quick connection.
•5 Axis Stepper drivers, rated upto 12-35 Volt with 2.5 Amp output Max.
•Each Stepper Driver has individual current adjustment, so a mix of motors can be used.
•Opto Isolation of Breakout Board to each Stepper Driver.
•Can Drive Nema 17 and Nema 23 Stepper Motors.
•Switched Output for Heated Bed and Extruder Hot End.
•Thermistor Input for Heated Bed and Extruder Hot End.
•Home/Limit Swicth inputs for the X, Y and Z-Axis
•6 compression glands for cables.
•Dual input 2.5mm DC Jack and 2.1mm DC Jack (12-25 Volts for Steppers and 12 Volts for Extruder/Heated Bed)
•Dual Isolation Switches on front panel for Stepper and Extruder/Heated Bed
•Firmware can be updated with usual Arduino software or re-programmed to use Sprinter and others.
•USB input based on the popular FT232 USB>Serial Chip.

so this is the boards you need but has theis been used sucsesfully with a 5axis 3d printer setup?
