This is a Reprap Mendel 3D printer plastic parts with Wades Geared Extruder, printed on LaserCut Acrilic Mendel, using a Wades Geared Extruder.
All parts are printed in White ABS plastic for increased durability. All parts are reamed and drilled.
The print quality you can see in the photos.
Mendel plastic parts includes all printing plastic parts to build the original Mendel [www.reprap.org] with set-screw-drive-pulley_4_6-5_9_7_3off
Wade's Geared Extruder plastic parts includes:
1) Wade's extruder block revised by CdnReprap [www.thingiverse.com]
2) Gear with Setscrew for Wade's extruder by nophead [www.thingiverse.com]
3) 39t17p gear [www.thingiverse.com]
4) Beefed up idle bracket for Wade's Extruder by nophead [www.thingiverse.com]
