I've been developing this hot end design for about three months, and it is proving to be very reliable.

Kit includes:

1 - Greg's Hinged Extruder Body
1 - Greg's Hinged Extruder Large Gear
1 - Greg's Hinged Extruder Small Gear
1 - Greg's Hinged Extruder Idler
4 - Neoprene/Metal Washers (These replace the tension spring)
3 - 608 Roller Bearings
1 - 40mm length PTFE Rod, drilled and turned
1 - 1/4" Brass Coupling
1 - MIG Welder Tip, Press fit and shaped
1 - 5Ohm 5 Watt Power Resistor
1 - 100k Thermistor
4 - M4 Set Screws for fastening hot end to extruder body.
Miscellaneous hardware screws and nuts.

I take the guess work out of assembling the hot end, you do the rest. $100 + Shipping
