To my knowledge, no one is offering full RepRap kits at this time, but there is a Mendel RepStrap (A 3d printer based on the Mendel not made from plastic parts) available made by TechZoneCommunications. Instead of the plastic Mendel pieces, it was redesigned to have the custom pieces made from laser cut wood. The kit is sold through Botmill.com (http://botmill.com/products-page/3d-printers/reprap-men) and through the TechZoneCommunications.com website (http://www.techzonecom.com/detail.php?pr_id=25). I personally have one of these kits which I am just wrapping up its construction, and I feel it is well engineered, and a great device. There is a lot of information on it in both the wiki and forums so do a little research and see what you think. Here are some links to help you start:

P.S. Remember, this is a big project, and more difficult then it seems on face value, so do a little thinking and digging through the information available before you dive right in. There is a wealth of information and knowledge around in the wiki, forums, and numerous blogs, not to mention the active members of the project.
P.P.S. The kit isn't absolutely perfect, and doesn't have every tid bit to get you running, but for the parts you get, it is by far the best value. I know it needs a heating element, print material, print bed coating (blue painters tape or the like), and some other miscellaneous parts to get you running, but nothing to hard to come by.

There is much work being done right now on the electronics side of things. If you hold off for a month you will likely be able to get a shield for Ardueno Mega that will allow you to get VERY good electronics for $150
